1 word...TORQUE.... Cobra--------Curb Weight: 3665 lbs Foxie---------Curb Weight: 2827 lbs. Weight Diffrence----------:838lbs. Slap that engine on the Fox and itle do cartwheels.

I think the cobra is like 3200-3300lbs and the fox just north of 3K..like 3050..
