1997 ford ranger bad vibration at 40-50 mph
I am getting different codes like po301 po306 po171 po174 what is causing all these codes to come up. Possible cam sensor scanner says but want to know what you think?

P0301 And P0306 Are For Cylinder Number One And Number Six Missfire. Now Since The Issue Is Under Load (40-60mph) This Is An Ignition Missfire And You Will Need To Check The Spark Plugs, Ignition Cable And Coils For Those Cylinders. As Far As P0171 And P0174 Those Are For Rich And Lean Fuel And Are Due To The Mass Air Flow Sensor Lead Wire Is Covered In Corrosion And Need To Be Cleaned.
