Won't Start w/o spraying carburetor

I just had two fuel pumps and the fuel filter replaced, but I have to spray the carburetor to get it started in the morning. Once started it runs fine. Any suggestions? Thanks!

HAve you checked the ignition/timing/idle? You might also actually clean the carb?
