coolant O ring

yea well i definitly blew my coolant O-ring....need some help on what to do and how to do it....and prices

alright what i need from u guys, mostly FDTT since ur like the only one that replys n e mmore, me and jake are lookin at a rebuild now.... so what all am i gonna need for the rebuild, i know coolant rings, and i think ima go ahead and do the apex seals as wel... please list everythning i need....we really need the advise and help...thanks

best thing to do is get a complete rebuild kit. Find yoursefl a shop manual and make sure EVERY spec is right. If the coolant o-ring is gone then chances are that your irons are warped (need new ones) then any machining o the surfices and whatnot.

Personaly i woudl not take on rebuilding one (unless its just to learn) because chances are that when you put that motor back into the car it wont last long. Thats the reason why everyone looks for a rotary mechanic thats good. But the problem with most people is that they dont want to spend the money where it counts.

I will try to compile a complete list of parts, part # and relitive costs for you in the next few days.

depends on what you want done.

For a stock motor ( i dont like to do rebuilds, i use new stuff) and seeing as nothing goes wrong during removal and install around $4k CDN
