17" Moda R6 wheels on a white Jetta?

I am somewhat infatuated with the Moda R6 wheels. I have a 2004 Jetta GL with the stock steelies and I'm seriously considering putting these wheels on. Do you guys thing they would look good?

Does anyone have any pictures of such a setup? Could someone photoshop some?

Lastly, if I do go with the 17x7.5 Modas, what tires would be good? I drive average with mixed city/highway. I want a tire that is a jack of all trades, but not necessarily a master of any one thing.

Thanks.

Rick

I hadn't seen these wheels, so I looked them up on line to get an idea of what they looked like. My first impression was that they were a bit too plain for my taste, but I found a web site that showed a picture of them on a silver GTI. I think they looked really nice on the GTI, so they would most likely look good on a Jetta as well. As for tires, usually when you go with rims that size you get low profile tires, at least in my experience. I have been through several cars, and I used Toyo FZ4 Proxes on all of them. They are all weather low profile tires, but I pull mine off in the winter, so I can't say how well they handle in bad weather. Hope this helps.
