Finally got to the track
Unfortuantely it was freakin HOT, the high was 97 and all my racing was between 11-12 and 1-2. Also was humid, its raining now actually.
Anyway, best ET was [email protected]... I will edit this lter with I go thru all my timeslips (got 12 runs in ) and put up my best r/t, 60', and MPH, but uh... yea haha. This was also with a passenger seat, full tank of gas, my amp in the back, and the spare and jack in, and a bunch of tools and crap in the car. Can't wait to get back to the track when conditions are better...

Thats pretty good et but I would have thought your MPH would be a little higher (although it was damn hot today and hotter more humid air doesn't make as much power), still impressive with all that added weight though.

I used to drive like that all the time, I had like my freaking tool bag which weighed about 100 pounds in the back so it was like having another person, that and my amp/speakers too. 12 runs though, thats alot

HELL YEA it was fun lol. Pics are blurry but ill post one up in a few anyway to show you all how I passed tech with a damaged hood... it is very creative haha.
I was talking with the guy who tuned me and we agreed with better air my MPH should at least be 89-90 and my ETs a lot lower with that and less weight... hopefully can get out to the track in october or something to really see.

the hood latches and is secure at 100+ mph on the highway, so it is fine at my 86-87mph trap speed. they yanked on it and it didnt come loose, but put the tape on as a precaution so block air from coming up under my hood.

No my dad's camera cant focus unless it had new batteries... idk, i told him just get a rechargeble one but w/e. And yea I wore a helmet, what certified track can you not wear one at???
