Hi folks, wondering If anyone had this prob. Got A 91 honda accord lx and one day I got in the car and turned on my AC and the compressor clicked on but the fan did'nt. Took out the blower and hot wired it and it ran. Can my resister be the problem? Or would it be the switched. Need your help...... Thanks

Re: heater fan
Resistors are only in the circuit if the fan switch is on a position other then full speed and off. So it it works in full speed it is not the resistors or the switch. Check fuse 18 (30amp). It is the blower fuse. If that is OK check fuse 8 (7.5 amp), It powers the blower fan relay. If it it is OK, check the blower fan relay.

Re: heater fan
No, I do know where it is. If anybody has a relay layout chart, would appreciate telling me too.

Re: heater fan
thanks for that imfo mpumas, at this point I have no fan at all and fuses are fine. Maybe its the relay like you said. You don't happen to know where that relay may be do ya?

Re: heater fan
Not sure, but heres a guess... Should be in the underhood fuse box. Just pull out your honda oe manual and look under the fuses and relays pages. (If it isn't listed on/in the underhood fuse box)
