Progress pics....69 camaro z28

here are some progress pics of the 69 camaro I'm building for the wife. still have to apply the rally stripes and all of the chrome.

The interiro is nothing special. Just semi gloss balck paint with classic white. Just carefully paint the insets with a brush then touch up with a tooth pick if need be. I think the white and balck really stand out on the dark blue car.

ya its alright, its just way too thick...need to learn that less is more. After seeing your camaro in your signature...mine looks pretty beat up and rough...wow thats phenomenal

wow not alot of muscle car fans on here....mostly exotics and asian cars are popular....oh well. I like american made muscle

Hi,

not bad what you did, but the seats are too shiny in my eyes and polishing the body would bring the final shine.

hey now that paintjob isn´t too bad at all my muscle car friend, just have a go with some 1500 or 2000 paper (wetsanding, use a lot of water) and some rubbing compound like Tamiya or Meguiars Scratch X. Do that and your paint will look one zillion times better, or maybe save it for your next model. And yea, that interior looks REALLY GOOD, is the steering wheel spokes a PE part?

Thanks for all the comments, the steering wheel is box stock plastice piece that came with the kit. i just detailed it with some black paint and pinted the ring tan. it was a totally chrome wheel to begin with.
