transmission issues and questions

hey everyone

I have a JDM S1 tranny with LSD mated to my B16A and when i first got it, it grinded into 3rd gear if i shifter really fast
now it has chosen the path of grinding into every gear

so i take it the synchros or bearings are shot...i want to do a full rebuild on this transmission but am unsure what kit to purchase
i have seen people say to use a LS kit but i just want to be positive which one would work

as well as it has a LSD unit in it and when i take corners really slow it makes a really bad clunking noise as if something is binding but nothing is, axles have been replaced as well as halfshaft...so i have been thinking it is the LSD unit

any info on what it may be would help me out alot
