Shitty man try one of them gator grip things (they sell them at sears for sure maby you can find one at wal-mart or something) I used it once when i had a stripped bolt work pretty well. Or try some vise grips. GO TO A PARTS STORE AND GET A NEW BOLT FOR IT do not reuse it!

GOOD LUCK

They are a locking type wrench with teeth Wal-mart or any hardware store will cary them.

Side of socket do you mean where it goes on to the ratchet?

If you cannot get a grip on the bolt with the vice grips, you can try a back out kit. It is a set of drill bits but designed to back screw and bolts out of the hole using a drill.
It is a real handy tool. Good luck bud!!

Gator Grip is a socket that has metal pins inside that conform the the stripped bolts. They're good for under 50lb Tourqe. I think they have a ft/lb rating on the box.

Stripped socket sets are have swirls in the thread that makes the bolt slide into place. I've almost bought a set a few times. They come in a sets. I think their only $19.99. You can goto Harbor Freight and get a set for like $5. I have to admit, I do buy alot of crap from Harbor Freight. its the supper walmart of tools. you can search their website or even see if sears-ebay has a set on auction.

Re: Please you guy HELP, I cant drive my car until I fix this !!

Those little pieces that sears sells to get the stripped bolts out DOES NOT WORK!! I bought a set when I was doing my exhaust. The bolts on the heatshield on the manifold were stripped. I bought them, and needless to say, the heat shield came out with the manifold. Would have been easier without it. Waste of $20. I bought with a giftcard (plus a torque wrench), so it wasnt my money! Yeah me

Today I try many thing , even my dad was helping me take that bolt out ( he still piss because I trash his garga , brand new home , tomorrow we will moving in ). But any way after many hours we cant take it out , my dad had to go back to the shop ( he the owner of nails shop ), he say just take it to mechanic shop let them take it out and send me the bill. It was 3:00 pm and saturday , who gonna open that time , but lucky I found a shop that still open , I went in there and one of my old friend come out and help me take that bolt out , he charge me 10 buck but I gave him 15, after that I went home and put the other brake on ( I ride that car with the driver side brake done ,and the passenger side is still not done , that my I saw some smoke coming out of my passenger side brake , I went home and done the other side , now my car running really smooth , no more squezing , but one thing I still scare is , if I go high speed , then brake , then I stop I saw very little little smoke , is this normal ?. ( DAM LONG STORY , THANKS FOR HELPING ME AND READING THIS , REMEMBER MY ENGLISH IS BAD , SO PLEASE UNDERSTAND , THANKS ).

the smoke after a stop from high speed the first couple times (3-4 times) is pretty normal. The rotors are coated usually in a oil used when processing them. That is that burning off.
