Should I Say Something

Well today I went to help at the horseshow with the truck and trailer. One of the trainers failed to show up and load the horses and tack(saddles, etc) at the barn. Then only showed up at the show to coach her students then split. She didnt even put the saddles on the horses she used neatly by the trailer. Her students stuff and barn tack was all over the place. People have complained prior to this about her. I don't think it is my place to say anything but I was pretty embarresed(sp?) to go by the truck and trailer because of this. What do you think I should do?

Re: Should I Say Something

I don't know exactly what the situation is here, but it sounds pretty unacceptable. Say something.

I think I might. The situation is she isnt doing all of what she is getting paid to do. She is doing her own little group of clients and their horses and leaving the show grounds. She is even slacking at taking care of the kids she is instructing.

Ask her verbally about the situation once, then when nothing changes go over her head to management. Simple.

Well said, Sivic!

(OK, and Oz too!)

Seriously, talk to her boss. Obviously she's not performing according to her obligations.

-edit- but with her kind, be ready to show that you're doing your own job...
