code help: 181 185 186 187

Scan results on our 94 aerostar 4.0:

KOEO....111 pass
KOER....111 pass

Memorycodes: 181... fuel system at rich adaptive limit at part throttle .System lean bank 1
185... mass air flow lower than expected

186... injector pluse width higher than expected

187... injector pluse width lower than expected

So far I've cleaned the maf sensor, changed out the wires and plugs (old plugs looked good, cleared the codes and re-scanned the vehicle, the same codes appeared. Does anyone have an idea to what these codes are indicating is wrong with my vehicle?

The engine is 3 months old (motorcraft remanufactured) . When I installed the motor I changed the injectors, oxy.sensor plugs, wires, and fuel and air filter, and pvc. The CEL started coming on once in a while a month ago, but went off almost right away;coming on more often up to this point of time. It usually occured when I was accelerating or going up a grade.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.....thanks in adv.
