2003 Chevy Cavalier wont start! :'[

8/30/12 My Grandmother drove my car to an appt 1hr and 30min from our home. On her way home on the 99 freeway car acted as if it ran out of gas and died on her. she pulled over to the shoulder and tried restarting and it wouldnt.

Ive had several People take a look at my car (no professional mechanics)...
Was told it could be the coils OR timing chain. Checked Timing chain and its fine. tested the coils and there WASNT spark... Sooooo I REPLACED:

Coil Pack
Spark Plugs
Battery
Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
Ignition Module controller

Cranks but still doesnt start... Sounds as if it starts for like a second but stops... There is spark from the spark plugs, fuel pump sounds as if its working(i hear the "HUM" when i turn the key) Engine light IS ON... Ive had 4 DIFFERENT Diagnostic tests put on my car but none of them work (or) didnt throw a code... I dont know.

One person says they dont think enough fuel is getting to the engine and another says they dont think theres enought spark =/

I have no clue what to do from here. Can someone help me out please!
