Some past work

Well, Here are some pics of some older work - from two to four years ago. The merc is not quite finished yet - missing side view mirrors, rear wing, some decal, etc. It was a fun model to build, bit challenging with the decal placement.



This Jaguar has a story behind it. My wife, who is Filipina, likes to collect cars.... imagine that?? So, one Christmas, i built this Jaguar for her. It's red, because that is her favourite color. The model itself was manufactured in the Philippines and exported to here in Montreal. My wife was in the Philippines at the time i sent it to her, Christmas time. I wrapped it up in bubble wrap and then put it in a hard plastic case and them some more bubble wrap, so much that you could probably bounce it off the floor!! Needless to say, the courrier found a way to break it into about 10 pieces!! Anyway, i went to the Philippines to go and be with her. When i came back home, i bought the car with me, so i could fix it. Now the car and my wife are here in Canada. Lets just say this car has a few miles on it!!!

Thanks. yeah, the Jaguar was photographed with a 35mm compact camera, the merc with my digicam. I had some WIP pics of the Merc, but i lost them when i had to do a system restore on my PC.
