2000 cherokee fan control

Once again I need to pick brains... I had air cond. on set a 3 on fan speed. All of a sudden fan blower stopped, now I only have high speed(4) on all other settings I have no blower. Anyone know where I should start looking? Thanks for any help.

Re: 2000 cherokee fan control

That would likely be a burnt out blower motor resistor. You'll find it on the heater housing close to the blower motor. 4 wires connected to it and one going to the blower motor.
