Infiniti J45t

Greetings hows the room doing? i dont own a j30 but i do have a good admiration for the nissan/infiniti cars. with the nissan engines i do notice that the vh45de comes in the q45 but since the q45 is a big sized car it doesnt seem to be a car for me (concerning driving) but if i were to get the j30t and the q45 i would possibly be able to put the rear sub frame of the q45s parts that has a strong axle and the hicas kit with the car. but what i would like to know is if one can put a vh45de engine inside the j30 (since the engine seems smaller and torquier) i have read about questions on the twin turbo 300zx (vg30dett) but if the vh45de engine could be fitted into the j30 and possibly modified it would seem to make a great sleeper with alot of things crammed into that family sedan (the j30t)
