99 AC condensation drain tube?

Can anyone tell me where the AC condensation drain is on a 99 Galant? I had it on the lift changing the oil and noticed the condensation was coming out through a hole in the frame instead of where I would expect a drain tube to be around the compressor. I'm just wondering if this is normal design or if the drain tube has been accidentally redirected posing a rust threat inside my frame.
