Nokya bulbs

sorry I dont know if the pinned bulbs thread part about "Nokia" bulbs is refering to 'Nokya', and I have never heard of SPW.. the bulbs are here http://automotivelightingusa.com/?OV...OVMTC=standard
if not, does anyone have experience with these bulbs, what is the purpose of them if they are 'not legal'..
how long are these intended to last (ideally)

someone on another board wrote: "My experience with these bulbs(Nokya) have been the total opposite. I've had them since May, and they've improved visibility alot...big improvement over the stock bulbs."

Re: Nokya bulbs

alot of people don't care if their lights are legal or not, at least when they're buying them, the manufacturer didn't go through the process to get them certified as legal and that's why they're so much cheaper. Sometimes really cheap "cool blue" headlights are just regular halogen bulbs with blue paint on them.

Most cheap xenon bulbs last about a year or 2 with average use while Silverstars and factory bulbs last about 4 years.
