Factory Air Intake Removal On 2.4 Engine?

Anyone have diagrams or instructions on how to remove the factory air intake from a 2.4 engine on a 99 GS Spyder?

just remove the air box and the long tube connected to it....not hard, no reason to have a diagram

Do you have a 2.4 engine? It's slightly different, There's quite a few screws and such. If it were that easy I would have had it off already.

Ive seen plenty of engines, from 4 bangers, to v8s

on a 2.4 l it comes off real easy. Up at the throttle body casing it's a clamp. Down at the airbox the same thing. Undo those. It will take some wiggling to get the hose out.

As for the airbox I have no clue in hell where the screws are. Sorry I can't help you. I need to take mine off though cause man my car bogs down so badly with the humidity.

For the screws, you usually have to take out the filter and its 11mm bolts i think, maybe 12mm
