which is easier? All new fairings, or custom Paint?
Hello, I was interested in a totally new custom paint job on my 2002 Honda CBR F4i. I was wondering which is easier? All new fairings, or just have the ones currently on the bike completly stripped and repainted. I assume that could be a problem, due to the material being plastic, but I'm not sure. I figure the new fairings alone will be about $1000 from Ebay or a distributor.

if money is not a real problem, the go and get good second hand ones and have those sprayed. people are always scared of custom jobs as they are usually crashed and recovered. if you keep the originals you'll at least have some proof
