Personal opinions needed
Ok, im havin a fight with myself, i just bought this little festiva and after learning fiberglass with the laser, i am having trouble deciding to do:
3/4"MDF Ported, Line-X'ed, for 2 12" subs or Fiberglass countoured, sealed box for the 2 12" subs Im going for a clean look nothing gaudy, im leaning more towards the MDF for a deeper bass hit, but the fiberglass would look cleaner. Opinions? Oh im gonna be doing a complete overhaul on the int....well the sound systyem. to include: 2 12" subs in back w/ 1400W amp 4 6x9"s in the rear quarter And make custom door panels for mids and highs...not sure what size yet.

Re: Personal opinions needed
id say MDF, but ive never HEARD a fiberglass enclosure, ive seen them though and they do looke nice.
you COULD make the MDF box, then fibberglass it into your car, so you get the look of the Fiberglass and hte sound of the MDF |

most custom fit boxes are a mix of mdf and glass ....... you build as much as you can with MDF, then fill in the odd shaped places with glass
