Question will my 91 240sx have any problems running w/o the catalytic converter on?

i'm gonna throw some headers on and re-pipe it 2 1/2 inches with two mendral bends in it will it run right and have enough back pressure?

also i had the head milled down all the way to the lowest point so theres more compression!!
