2000 ALERO making loud clanking noise.

Ok, i was in a parking lot and when i was about to take my friends home, we noticed my car was sounding like a go-cart. I went about 28 miles and it stalled on me. It took me a few tries to start it back up but i got it back up and the noise was getting really bad after the stall. We made it to our destination and checked the oil and that was fine. I cleaned the coil plugs and it is still making that noise.

Will someone help me? I'm so lost on what to do. I took it to a machanic and he said i had no oil. (WTF?) He also stated that it might be a rod problem.

Oh, i have a V6 3400 SFI and 85,000 miles on the car.

I also have a problem with the back doors not wanting to open when they are unlocked. They seemed jammed to me.
