My friends 05 is popping....

My friend has an '05 v6 mustang and in just the past couple of days when he turns sharps there is a pretty violent pop from the back left or right wheel area (changes depending on which way he turns). Anyone got any ideas as to what it might be and if it's a really bad problem.

Thanks

Re: My friends 05 is popping....

Does it have a limited slip differential? It might be binding from lack of lubrication or proper break in (at the factory)
