Yeah...
I was wondering if you guys have the same problem. Erhmm... I mean... with the seatbelts. Whenever I put mine on and then release it... it doesn't retract. I have to actually put it down into the slot that it is suppose to wind back through. So usually I find myself just taking it off and throwing it behind the seat. But what is the point of having a seatbelt that retracts when it acts like I'm using a limp piece of rope. Safe? .... |

Re: Floppy
Its a common issue with 3s's. I usually put mine on then give it a few quick small tugs and it starts pulling itself back in tight.

Re: Floppy
Mine doesn't go back either. I just manually put it back in after I get out of the car. Kinda sucks but oh well. ;o/

Re: Floppy
I asked about this years ago and Yogs told me to spray something on it...but I don't recall what. If you do a search, you may find it.

Re: Floppy
Yep, mine does the same, I noticed on mine that the only thing holding it back is the plastic piece that it goes through (not the one on the seat, the one on the side of the car). It's like it's too tight on the seatbelt or something, seems like the retractor works fine past that plastic thing.

So your saying if the plastic piece is not there, it will work fine? Sometimes mine starts nice and tight while I'm driving then I lean forward to check for passing cars at a stop sign and I relax back in my seat and the seatbelt is all limp. It's annoying.

Re: Floppy
Both mine are broke also, neither retract. :P
