Bought my crate motor!

I have a 1984 Z28. Just bought a bunch of goodies.

Vortec 330hp 380 ft lbs of tq crate motor from scoggin and dickey.

Edelbrock 650cfm thunder series carb

Edelbrock air gap intake polished!! *bling*

Ive been had the 12bolt strange rear, with 3.42's and Baer slotted and drilled 12in brakes. Going 13in up front, when the rear actully goes in.

OH and I bought a Jongbloed Hood, 3 inch

all new interior just sitting in boxes, cant wait to get it all together

need to work on my tranny next, with some new wheels I might add.
Gonna go 2800 stall, and some C6 Corvette wheels, with the "buttons" out lining the edge of the wheels. They are 18X9 in the front and 19X10 in the rear. Acutlly cheaper than my Firehawk wheels I had on my old LS1 car!!!

Re: Bought my crate motor!

sounds like a nice setup, I thought you couldn't fit any wider than 9.5 on the wheels, but maybe that's on a stock rear. gotta camera?

Re: Bought my crate motor!

Damn, must be nice to run into a little extra cash.

Sounds sweet.

Up to the vette wheels. Sorry, just dislike em on a 3rd gen. GTA wheels look awsome on a Z

Sounds good. Wish i some loot to tackle all my shit at once. I do like the zr1 rims on a 3rd gen though. A simple 5 spoke design just works wonders for me.
