Well my fuel filter was on the left side of the Camaro, like behind the driver side under the car ofcourse. It shouldnt be that hard to find, it's pretty big.

Re: cleaning injectors

the fuel filter is on the driver side of the undercarrage, about a foot in front of your left rear tire. you need a 5/8 and 11/16 wrench to get it off i think.

To clean your injectors, i would reinstall them, and get a can of 44k from your dealership. Its a fuel additive that cleans your entire fuel system.

If your car is fuel injected, you have to depressurize the fuel system first, pull the fuel pump fuse and try to start the car, it might start, if it does let it run until it quits, usually 2-3 seconds at the most, then be prepared to catch some gas when you take the filter off.

Or if you cant find the fuse like I did, take off the fuel pump relay which is wayyyyy up near the gas tank, then do what he said.

Re: cleaning injectors

if you just wanna let it run and be dumb (like me...) it leaks like 1/4 a gallon of gas before its done.

the f/p relay should be located under the hood on the drivers side, rear engine area, on the upper part of the firewall.

under the rear of the car, up and in front of the tank. there is a connection that you could separate, and this would cut the power to the pump. but it may not come apart easily.
