air conditioner not blowing cool air

1997 jeep cherokee country not sure what to do about this air conditioner the freeon is full and the compressor is kicking on but when it blows it is nothing but hot air any suggestions??????

might need a recharge. Pretty much any local shop that can work on a/c will have a recharge machine.

How did you determine that the refrigerant level is full?

When you say hot do you mean hot as if the heater was on, or just not cold? I mean, is it pretty much the outside air temp?

I have made a lot of posts on this...I have a 97 also with 124K on it and the AC has been erratic for about a year. I traced it to electrical issues after all the recharging and other stuff....look for my posts on this.

Take it to a shop and have them VACUUM and re-charge your A/C system. This way they will check it for leakage and charge it up to specs.
