1986 Buick LeSabre Custom weak spark

i have a 1986 Buick LeSabre Custom the spark is orange and it so weak
it want start and i change the icm and the spark is still orange it be
the esc module or the knock sensor or the coil

It has been so long since I worked on a 86, I forgot whether they have an external ignition module or internal (in the distributor), either way it could be that or the coil.
