95 4.0 wont start.

I just purchased a 95 4.0 se and no sooner did it back off the flatbed did my issues start. I put gas in the tank turned the key and my rover wont turn over. A fuel gauge fault light comes on as well as a eas fault. If anyone has any intel for me I would be so thankful. I replace the smaller fuses under the pass. seat and checked what I could under the hood but still nothing.
