Spark Plug Tube - Oil Accumulation
I just purchased a 94' rodeo with 3.2L engine. I noticed oil in the spark plug tubes. Is this normal for this engine?

That happens when the tube seals leak. You can buy a set of valve cover gaskets and new tube seals come with the set.

Yep. Bad plug tower seals. Basically they are just rubber O-rings that seal the tower off from the cylinder head. I wouldn't worry about changing them out unless you have to address the valve cover gaskets. Consider that little bit of oil free spark plug never-seize
