Pathfinder 02 LE - Front Rining trrring

I have this wierd intermittent ringing from the front, anyone experienced this. Noticed at slow speeds or stop and go. Highspeeds I may not hear it. Almost sounds like a bicycle bell.

Dealers asking for an arm and leg to diagnose.

Another thing I noticed downhill, when brakes are applied the steering vibrates.... dont know why, otherwise its normal. wheel balance ? brakes?

Any one experienced this ?
