Water in passenger footwell

I have a 1995 Regal. Yesterday water started dripping from under the dash into the passenger footwell. I am sure it is water from the air conditioner which normally drips out from under the car. Nothing was dripping underneath the car and the humidity was real high. I am assuming the drain is blocked. How can I fix this? Does my husband have to take the dash off? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Simone

It's really hard to see if you don't know what you're looking for, but just about even with the back of the alternator, and just below where the firewall starts to curve back under, there is a little black piece of plastic with a hole, maybe 3/8" or so in diameter, facing down. This is the drain. You can probably clear it with a piece of wire (carefully!) from under the car, using a flashlight. A shot of compressed air would be the best, if available. Hope this helps, Roger

Thanks so much oldreese. Your advice worked great...used compressed air from a neighbor's garage. Thanks again.
