idle issues

hey boys and girls,

i recently went for my emissions test and i failed because of my idle...its idling around 1200rpm or so and its running way to rich

i have a 91 Civic hatch with a ZC in it....

if anyway has anyways of leaning out the motor at idle let me know because i need to pass this e-test

any help or tips are appreciated
