95 civic wont start
when i turn the key i can just hear the starter spin.
i already got 4 new ones. not one worked. |

1. At what point (what has happened) you decided you need a starter?
2. Do you hear the starter run by itself or you can hear engine turning with it? 3. If the timing belt broken you’ll “feel” engine turning but a lot easier then usual 4. Try to look trough the starter “window” in the transm. & see if flywheel’s teeth are damaged, then try to turn it a little with the pry bar (taking the spark plug out should/will help. |

how do you know its the starter and not ignition switch ? any noise from starter at all ?? need to check if ignition reaching starter solenoid circuit first
