LOL amen to that. I don't understand how hard it is to figure out that the lane is for turning when most have a big freaking arrow painted on the ground telling people that.

New supervisor, doing evaluation. gives me below average review. I'm the only fabricator currently at our facility, ever sence the plant was opend they have averaged six fabricators. Production is higher than the last five years. Yes, I am below average. Very fucking below average.

That sucks. My friend experienced this cuz he made one mistake and now he doesn't work there anymore...
