1996 Explorer wiring harness

Does anyone know if they put the complete wiring harness in all vehicles even if the vehicle doesn't come with that option? Another words if I want to add an overhead console will the harness for the console be there?

Nope, You will need the overhead console, temp sensor and a bracket to mount everything.
