1995 2.2 stalls when warm, no spark and won't start till cold

Hey everybody thanks in advance for looking at my problem. I have a 1995 cav 2.2 auto transmission, no check engine light, no SES light, and no codes thrown either. THE PROBLEM: starts up perfectly, runs and drives fine no problems, till it warms up to normal operating range on the thermostat on the dash then like clockwork everytime it hits perfect temp the car starts to misfire, buck, spit, then STALL w/in 30 secs from runnin perfectly to stall. Will not start back up till cold again. The car is not looking like it has any spark when it warms up, but still has fuel and all. Is there any well known problems that are heat realted that would cut out the spark ONLY underneath the hood when hot? I have thought of the crank sensor but thats about all I can think of that would be heat related but i also realize any electrical issue can go in and out when hot then once it coos down be fine. Any help, suggestions, whatnot will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Check your air filter first off...

But, certainly ounds like a fault in either the PCM or some sensor. It certainly doesn't sound fuel related. Is there no spark on all wires? If no spark on all, then it's likely not the coil packs. If the spark plug wires are old, I'd suggest replacing those. (don't buy cheap ones)

had same problem on my 96.turned out to be the crankshaft sensor. once it heated up it expanded and didnt contract until cold. i was not getting spark either. i took to shop for test, and that was result. simple fix. its one wire and 1 bolt right above oil pan on back of engine.
