Rear Wheel Well Liner Removal?

Greetings folks. I have a 2002 Durango. Just had a bit of a mishap with rear quarter panel (someone ran into it) and put a pretty sizable dent in it. Looks like it could be bumped out but I have to remove the inside wheel liner to get to the area affected. The wheel liner and trim is attached with some strange fasteners (round, flat, with a small hole in the middle of them) and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with how to remove these fasters correctly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Mikel
