wipers moving slow
my wipers have slowed down sometimes stalling...how do l fix this problem...do l need to get a new wiper motor or just clean the wiper housing...

As I understand that is the case. I think I have the same prob with my 2000 A4 and this happens when the motor or in some cases the linkage is dead. I suspect the linkage goes and puts a larger strain on the motor taking it out.
I will be looking at mine this weekend I will get back and post up results of what I find.

The wiper rack uses ball joints on the end that sieze up due to no lubrication. sounds like yours are starting to sieze up. Try spraying some wd40 on the ball part of the wiper motor rack.

Yep took mine apart and yep its all siezed up. Cost form Audi for the part of the rack £75 but you will need to swap out the arms and mount them.
