2000 4runner exhaust

I'm looking to upgrade the stock exhaust on my 4runner 3.4L V6 2wd. I want a nice low tone, nothing rice rocket sounding. I was thinking a a 40 series flowmaster muffler matched with a high flow cat. How big should I go on the pipes? how hard is it to do duals? Any thoughts on this would be greatly excepted.

Any links to 4runner aftermaket parts would be great. I have found a few but nothing big. Looking to lift a few inches, install an in dash DVD player and a q-logic custome fit sub box. Anything would be great.
