1997 Chevy Tahoe door lock solenoid failed
Does anyone have any idea how to change a door lock solenoid on a 1997 tahoe. The driver side went out, yet all the others work. The automatic door locks work except the driver side and I don't hear the normal clicking. I don't want to pay for it, so I would like to see if I could do it on my own.
Does anyone know if I have to take the entire door panel off? Or can I get by with just taking the plastic part around the door handle and lock off? Please let me know. Boyd |
