Angry 2000 sierra power loss

My 2000 sierra has a complete loss of power. I drove my sisters truck that is exacltly the same and I noticed a big difference in acceleration. I once had my front two o2 sensors go out which burned and melted my cats. Everything has been replaced from the catalityc converters to all four of my 02 sensors. I had a complete tune up, plugs, wires, new fuel filter, new mass airflow sensor, cleaned fuel injector, the works. could it be my fuel pump or maybe the internal fire that burned my cats damaged the engine? tell me what you know.
the truck does not accellerate like it should. it idles good, but the power is obviously gone.
also my gas guage is all over the place does any one know about this problem?
thanks, nick

My 98 Sierra feels the same way, it feels like I am driving with the brakes on. I have 170,000 KM on the truck and hvae never done a tune-up. I will do one this weekend and see if it gets better.
