Radiator Bolts

I was in the process of replacing my 94 geo metro's radiator and its radiator fan blade. When I managed to lose two of the bolts to screw in the radiator. So I was wondering if anybody knew of some places I could find these bolts from?

Re: Radiator Bolts

These are standard metric bolts that can be gotten at any car parts place (Autozone, PepBoys, etc..). I usually get some extra and use them to replace any old bolt removed. There are a number of them in the engine compartment that you could temp use in the radiator or take to the store to make sure you get the right size

Thanks for the the advice geojim, I found some hex bolts at a local hardware store for under a buck. I also found one of the original radiator bolts. So I now have a hex bolt to spare.

Glad to see you found the bolts you needed . Auto part places usually have a box full of spare bolts and nuts. They keep them behind the counter. I was lucky enough to have gotten them a few times at no charge. Advance auto use them when I told the man I was at a lost on how to put my license plates on. I told the man that I bought two different sets of plate bolts and neither would work. He went out with me and took a look and then went after the spare bolt & nuts box. He was nice and even put them on for me. He told me that he cheated and used self threading bolts. I offered to pay for them and he said not to worry about them. He told me that the collection came from packs that people opened and they couldn't sell. since I opened the ones I got at Wal-Mart's and couldn't use them I added mine to the collection box for someone else.
