good car under 15k

So i can afford around 15k right now, so what would be a good car to buy, that has speed and look nice.

CAR COMPARISONS SECTION...or the non specific.

But, I agree with crunchy guy. 2g DSM's are sexy cars. Considering you have 15K to blow, you could be pulling 11's with that kind of money.

Re: good car under 15k

If you look hard enough you could find an 03 Srt-4.

One of my personaly favorite cars is the First Gen DSM. get one for cheap, swap in an all new 4g63 + turbo and your set.

You could also go the route of civ racer and buy a used 2 door civ and drop a b16 in there

Don't have the B16 yet . But in time I will. Yeah, you could go the honda route though. Buy a 5th Gen Civic hatch (preferably the VX model). Find yourself a B16 complete swap, and boost it. All kinds of possibilities with Hondas though. Combinations here and there. Just depends on what route strikes your interest.

yeah i would say that. s13 too.

hell you could find a decent RX-7 twin turbo for that (gasp i am actually suggesting a rx7 this time). it would likely take your whole 15k though.

A while ago autotrader had a 93 3000gt vr4 with 68,000 miles on it for 8k.... Prices have shot up on the vr4 in my area recently though so now you can't find one for under 12k.

With the money you have you could get any of those nice ass used import performers as well as some of those domestics. I suggest YOU research yourself as to what you want because all we can do is give you our own opinions, not decide what yours should be.

Re: good car under 15k

best bang for the buck would be a 2g awd dsm. you can find a built 98-99 GSX for 10k and you still have 5k to play around with or goto europe! And you would be running 12's if you found the right car.

LS1 or LT1 F-body. The LS1 may be a bit hard to find for 15k though.
