Unstable idle

Hi,

I've noticed that my idle is unstable on my 2001 integra gsr, its worse on hotter days. When i rev the engine to 2000rpm and let go it goes down to like 200 rpm then it re-stabilizes. Someone told me that it might be the iac valve, others say that it might be a vacum leak somewhere. Does this affect the performance of the car once your off idle?

Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks

Does it only idle low after you give is gas or does it always idle very low?

When i'm in neutral and i don't give it gas it's fine. If while i'm in neutral i give it gas and let go it will go down to like 200 rpm and re-satailize, it feels like it wants to turn off.

Usually a bad iac valve will throw a cel, I would test your vacum system first.
