2003 malibu remote fob programming with TECH 2

I borrowed a tech 2 and am try ing to program the key less entry I cant get the tech 2 to see the data from the car the tech2 is only good for up to 2002 cars the menu , dose not show key fob it dose show door locks . then it asks to close lock i try and it wont it says no data from car . any help out there, thanks john

use your radio to program it, have the ignition on, radio off, hold display and use the seek to go through until you see prog fob, then hit the number 2 ,,,then hit disp and it will say push buttons on fob

i need to know how to program a spare key for a 03 2500 im in iraq working for the DoD and some trucks do not have spare keys i have blanks and a key cutter but what is the procedure?
