Kindof a high ptiched squeel?

My mom pointed out kindof a whine in the engine when you exellerate. I thought it was normal, but i just wanna make sure.

Yes, high pitched sound (like you need new brakes). From what I can tell its coming from the rear brakes.

Found out on another forum that the G35 does have brake problems. The new G35 has a different brake system (supposed to be "softer" brakes). Basically becuase of this problem, Infiniti covers new pads and rotors under warranty.

So, mine with 12,000 miles is going to the shop next week.

i have a g35 and my brakes squeak alot also. I think they have a recall where they will service your brakes for free up to 60k I believe.
