Well after I saw that video of the ///M3 and that Mach1 I wanted to see what else an ///M3 could kill. Not sure if this is a repost, But its a vid of an two ///M3's running the quarter. And theres one scene where an all motor ///M3 whoops a supercharged Saleen Check it out!

The best thing about the E46 ///M3 is that they are so underestimated. A 3.2 I6 N/A doesn't seem like it could do to much, but the compression on those things makes them move. People really dont think they are all that fast compared to what else is out there, but a good driver can run them to a 12.9 bone stock, and they take to mods well. I know that a new cam can gt them into 12.5 and lower, and with a few more mods, its an easy 11sec car.

Yes, but not all. Active Autowerkes has a turbo setup for the E36 models, Dado's ///M3 is running the stage three setup, and on low boost (10psi), he walked a Ferrari 360. However, for the E46 models, the only one I've seen is ATP (or it may be APT, I can't recall), and its only for the 325 and 330. The compression on the E46 ///M3 is so high that I'm not sure you can safely run a turbo on it with out really cutting back on the compression. However, Active Autowerkes and another company I cant recall the name of do offer a SC for the E46 ///M3.

Have you ever seen a turbo setup in a 750il? I thought this was interesting how they got everything to work cause it is very tight in that engine bay.

In my area, you can find a well used yet taken care of E36 for as low as 13k. Thats pushing it though. Dado has put well over 125k into his (testing parts, different set ups tuning, etc.), and that was after his first one got stolen from the airport. Thats an interesting setup on the 7 though, I've never seen anyone really mod them all that heavily.
