Firebird Wipers

My '94 Firebird Wipers won't go to the "Stowed" position when I shut them off, but rather they go straight up and stop. - All other wiper operation, including intermittent operation, is normal. - Anyone have any ideas ??? THANKS !!

Check to see if there is anything binding. Check the transmission (the wiper transmission) If everything looks ok there you may have a bad circuit board in the wiper motor. The circuit board replaces the old mechanical park switch. Hope this helps

Your whipers are out of alignment. This happen to my Grand Prix. All i did was open the hood and in the back behind the motor on the backside of the dash. You can flip the panel up and in there you will find the motor for the whipers and a spring like deal lol that places the whipers were to stop when shut off or wile in the working process.
